老師，請問百題這個case第3題為什么選C？
想問下r33 Jason那個case第四題里面提到的是因為迫于政府的因素使得那個人繼續(xù)使用這個基金經(jīng)理的，我覺得這也不是法律的因素造成的，是不是為保證獨立客觀還是得isolate或者拒絕這些呢？
